Omschrijving
In a basketball game players make movements like running, jogging and then sprinting again. Practicing these movements can help players to improve speed and agility and, more importantly, be faster than the defender.
Walking is transferring the weight from one foot to the other while advancing or going backwards. One foot is always in contact with the floor and the arms swing freely in opposite directions. Walking is an important traveling motor skill and is used in everyday activities such as walking to school, in sports (eg athletics and marching) and in game and dance activities.
All said movements must be exercised forwards, backwards, and sideways.
