Omschrijving

A jump hookshot is almost the same as a hookshot. With a jump hookshot, the ball is released at the highest point, just like with a jump shot, but with the body turns slightly towards the rim.

Performing a jump hookshot

  • Two step rhythm or jumpstop
  • Do not turn body completely towards basket
  • Throw ball over the head to the rim

  • First from stand and slowly increase speed to tweet rhythm
  • Use the free elbow to aim
