Shooting under pressure

In a match situation, shooting under pressure is unavoidable. The defender will always try to prevent the shot. Therefore it is important not only to practice the shot but also to learn to shoot while the attacker is being defended.

Teaching shooting under pressure

• Practice with different estafette games
• Practice with passive defense and extend to more aggressive defending.
• Practice with close outs
