Omschrijving
There are multiple ways of performing a chestpass:
- With one or both hands
- From stance.
- Whilst moving.
- Whilst jumping.
- Via the ground.
- From the chest.
- Over the head
- To a moving or non-moving player
When you pass to a moving player, pass the ball a little ahead of your teammate.
A chestpass is a pass given on roughly the height of the chest of the player who will receive the ball. If the strength of a player isn’t developed enough to give a pass from a long distance, try passing from shorter distances. It’s important to master the technique for this pass.
