Dribbling low

Omschrijving
The low dribble is used to keep the ball “alive” while the player is defended. By dribbling the ball no higher than knee height, the ball can be easily protected.
Performing the low dribble
- Knees are strongly bent to keep the ball as low as possible to the ground.
- Body and head remain straight as possible.
- The player keeps an eye on his opponent and the rest of the field.
- Use the other arm to protect the ball.
