Free throws

A free throw is a free shot from the free throw line after an opponent’s foul (personal, technical, intentional or disqualifying foul). A free throw is performed in the form of a setshot and must be taken at the free throw line. Pay extra attention to this line and the rules regarding taking the free throw.

Always important to practice as this is the only shot that is never defended and with which many games were won or lost.
